Ardmore Park

Perched high above Singapore’s lush canopy, this four-bedroom penthouse at Ardmore Park is a refined yet deeply liveable family home. Inspired by a love of French mid-century design, the brief called for a space that balanced elegance with ease—sophisticated enough for entertaining, yet relaxed for everyday life. The living room centres around a beautifully integrated wall of shelving, cleverly concealing the television and allowing materiality to take focus. A rich interplay of travertine, brass, and timber is softened by layers of bouclé, velvet, and linen, creating a warm, neutral backdrop punctuated with deep, autumnal tones. In the girls’ bedrooms, a more playful narrative unfolds, where colour and pattern are introduced with a considered hand. Whimsical thistle florals sit effortlessly against classic ticking stripes and soft, curved forms in one room, while the other embraces calming sea-green hues, accented by a Christopher Farr textile cushion and a striped window banquette—an inviting nook for reading or spending time with friends.
